Auto Shanghai is a professional exhibition for the international automotive industry, founded in 1985 and held every two years; this is the 22nd edition. Guided by Embracing Innovation, Shaping the Future, it presents developments in the automotive industry, the global supply chain, and vehicle and mobility technology.
It covers passenger cars, commercial vehicles and new energy vehicles; auto parts; electronics and systems; intelligent connected technology and products; automotive design and concept products; automotive manufacturing technology and equipment; repair and maintenance equipment and products; coatings, lubricants and car care products; auto finance and related services; and safety and vehicle security systems, highlighting future directions such as electric mobility, autonomous driving and digitalisation.
Aimed at vehicle manufacturers, supply chain companies, technology service providers, media and trade visitors, it gives exhibitors opportunities to reach decision-makers, develop customers, build partnerships and showcase brands, and makes it easy to understand developments in the Chinese automotive market.
The previous edition gathered 1,366 exhibitors from 26 countries and regions, covered 360,000 square metres of exhibition space and received around 1.01 million visitor visits.
