Zero Emission Thermal Power Generation EXPO 2027 | SMART ENERGY WEEK
Edition4 An exhibition for zero-emission thermal power generation technologies, covering generation systems, plant equipment, maintenance and hydrogen-ammonia utilisation.
The Zero Emission Thermal Power Generation EXPO (NEXT-GEN THERMAL POWER EXPO -TPEX-, formerly ZERO-E THERMAL EXPO) is a specialised exhibition under SMART ENERGY WEEK focused on thermal power decarbonisation. Centred on the 2050 carbon neutrality goal, it gathers technology and solutions in power generation systems, plant equipment, maintenance and operation technology, and hydrogen and ammonia use.
The show is co-organised with the Thermal and Nuclear Power Engineering Society (TENPES). Its display scope includes next-generation thermal power systems such as gas turbine fuel cell combined cycle, integrated gasification combined cycle, integrated gasification fuel cell combined cycle and ultra-supercritical steam power generation, as well as carbon dioxide separation, capture, utilisation and storage technology and solid oxide fuel cell modules for industrial use.
Equipment and technology also cover equipment inspection and degradation investigation, gas turbine repair and regeneration, power plant maintenance services, equipment and facility maintenance management systems, operation history data management, power selling strategy and generation cost management, waste heat recovery, cogeneration, seismic isolation devices, air conditioning and ventilation, exhaust gas and wastewater management, and inspection, measurement and analysis technology for furnaces and turbines.
The show also organises content on operation planning, training and technical support. Serving professional buyers in power, gas, engineering, heavy industry and equipment manufacturing, it provides an exchange and cooperation platform for exhibitors to connect with energy markets in Japan and overseas.
