Bologna Mineral Service S.r.l. was established in 2001 and focuses on organizing mineral-related trade fairs together with exhibition structures, showcases, and event support solutions.

In 2013 the company took over Euromineralexpo Torino and incorporated the event into its mineral-show portfolio, continuing to manage and develop the exhibition.
