Health and Welfare Information Association , established in May 1959, is a public interest incorporated foundation headquartered in Kasumigaseki, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. For over half a century, the association has upheld its vision of “realizing a society where everyone can live together in prosperity” , dedicating itself to contributing to the advancement of national health and welfare.

The association's core mission revolves around conducting national residents movements aimed at improving health and welfare in response to the enhancement of the social security system. Its activities span two key areas: providing beneficial information on welfare equipment both domestically and internationally, and undertaking initiatives to enlighten and advance social security fields such as nursing care, welfare, and insurance. Through organizing specialized exhibitions, disseminating industry information, and conducting social awareness activities, the association plays a vital bridging role connecting welfare technology, policy direction, and public needs.
