ExpoFinder refers to the ExpoFinder website and related applications. User refers to an individual or organization that reads, agrees to, and uses ExpoFinder services.

You should have the legal capacity required to use the services, provide true and complete registration information, keep your account credentials secure, and update information when it changes.

ExpoFinder provides services including exhibition information search, organizer onboarding, service provider matching, and exhibitor directory search. Service scope may change based on actual operations.

You may use ExpoFinder according to applicable rules, but must comply with laws and regulations and may not publish illegal information, misuse accounts, or endanger network security.

ExpoFinder may review registration information and user behavior, remove improper content, suspend services, or take other reasonable measures when violations are identified.

ExpoFinder may suspend services for maintenance or terminate services when users violate laws, regulations, website rules, or this agreement.

ExpoFinder domain names, trademarks, text, media, graphics, and interface designs are protected by intellectual property laws. You grant ExpoFinder necessary rights to use content you publish for service operation.

This agreement is governed by the laws of mainland China. Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit to the competent court.

We collect and use information that you provide or that is generated while using ExpoFinder for registration, exhibition search, favorites, reminders, organizer or service provider onboarding, comments, security, and service optimization.

After you complete account registration, you may submit information about message recipients through your account or while using related services, including your or your designated recipient's email address, mobile phone number, and job title. Shenzhen ExpoFinder International Exhibition Co., Ltd. may use the foregoing information to promote or introduce products or services to you or your designated recipient, send service notices (including bills and exhibition reminders), or communicate with you about our services. If you submit information about another person, you must ensure that you have obtained that person's authorization and consent. You or the relevant recipient may opt out of promotional messages by following the unsubscribe instructions in the message or contacting us using the details in this policy.

Alibaba Cloud Mobile Push starts only after consent and may process device, operating system, network, App version, DeviceId, PushToken, AAID, and RegId information. Supported vendor channels include Huawei, Honor, Xiaomi, OPPO, and vivo.

Alibaba Cloud App Monitor—Crash Analysis starts only after consent and collects IP address, device brand and model, operating system and network information, App package and version, crash or exception type, time, and stack trace to diagnose Flutter, Android, and iOS failures. On Android 11 and later it may also collect ANR information. Performance analysis, remote logging, and custom events are not enabled.
