Australasian Processing & Packaging Expo 2027
Edition2 Showcasing packaging materials, equipment, and automation solutions, offering direct access to Australia-New Zealand and Asia-Pacific brand manufacturers and packaging buyers.
APPEX (Australasian Processing & Packaging Expo) is the professional exhibition for processing and packaging. Held in Melbourne every three years, it builds on the industry resources AUSPACK has accumulated since 1985 and covers every area of the sector.
With 30,000 square metres of exhibition space, it presents machinery, auxiliary equipment, materials and packaging, food processing, logistics and materials handling, and industry services across four zones: materials and packaging, packaging machinery, IT and services, and processing and packaging machinery.
Live demonstrations, technology displays and hands-on experiences give visitors a close look at automation, advanced machinery, new materials and digital solutions; expert sessions cover sustainable manufacturing and packaging and processing transformation, plus a solutions centre for SMEs.
Supporting activities include a meat processing themed day, a retailer networking event, a food industry solutions series, an international packaging media forum, the APPMA Awards of Excellence and the APPEX gala dinner.
