The event is open from 9:30 to 18:30 from 28 February through 2 March, and from 9:30 to 17:00 on 3 March.
A full-price ticket costs EUR 20. A reduced ticket with an invitation or reduction voucher costs EUR 5 and must be downloaded online after registration at www.tirrenoct.it. Visitors with disabilities enter free, while their companion pays the reduced price; children under 12 enter free.
Small dogs weighing up to 10 kg are allowed, except guide dogs serving blind people. Dogs must be kept on a leash no longer than 1.5 metres, and the owner must carry a muzzle for use if safety is at risk or authorities request it.
Take the A12 motorway and exit at Carrara, then follow signs for Marina di Carrara or 'Fiera'. Ample free parking is available near the entrance.
The nearest station is Carrara-Avenza. From there, take a taxi for about 10 minutes or a direct bus to Marina di Carrara and get off at 'Carrara Fiere'.
Local public transport regularly connects the station and city centre with the exhibition district. Timetables are available at www.at-bus.it.
Pisa Airport is about 50 minutes away by car, Florence Airport about 1 hour 20 minutes, and Genoa Airport about 1 hour 30 minutes. Each airport is connected to Carrara by train or car rental.
