HORECA Baleares Menorca is a professional show for hotel, restaurant and catering professionals in the Balearic Islands, built around brand display, supply matchmaking and industry exchange, and the Menorca edition of the HORECA Baleares series covering Mallorca, Ibiza and Menorca.
The show includes a competition area, using professional judges and industry brand support to recognize culinary talent in the islands, giving professionals a chance to showcase their work, raise their visibility and connect with industry benchmarks.
Each edition pays tribute to figures who have left a mark in hospitality, catering and gastronomy; the Menorca edition will honor Carme Ruscalleda, recognizing a career built on Mediterranean culinary identity, innovation and tradition.
The event also includes industry awards covering categories such as signature products, hospitality commitment, classic and popular dining, press and culture, distribution and development, training, catering commitment, and mixology, recognizing companies, projects and professionals who have raised the level of the islands' hotel and catering industry; on the stage area, chefs and experts demonstrate techniques and creativity, presenting new dining trends and local products.
With around 1,500 square metres of exhibition space, more than 100 brands and more than 3,000 professional visitors, the show has reached its 5th edition. It suits catering equipment, food, hotel supplies and service companies looking to reach hotel and catering channels in the Balearic Islands.

Yes. Attendance is free but requires prior registration by invitation. Entry without accreditation is not permitted.
