Edition21 Bringing together food, beverages, foodservice supply chains, and retail sourcing, helping exhibitors reach Greek and European retailers and foodservice channels.
HORECA is Greece's professional exhibition for the hotel, restaurant and foodservice supply chain, covering the construction, equipment, supplies and service needs of hospitality and foodservice businesses, with exhibitors grouped by product across four halls.
The show targets professional buyers in hotels, restaurants, cafés, leisure venues, bakery and ice cream production, presenting new trends and innovative solutions and offering business settings for exchange and cooperation; on-site features include a culinary lab, a business lab and several themed stages for discussion on foodservice operations, technology innovation and business upgrading.
Activities such as the Greek Coffee Championship run alongside, and a 3D virtual online tour continues to let professionals browse the show remotely; the show has renewed its ISO 20121 sustainable event management certification. The previous edition had 500 exhibitors and attracted 74,750 professionals.
