HIP is a 100% in-person event and Hospitality 4.0 Congress sessions are not streamed. After the event, related sessions are available on a video-on-demand platform for three months.
The confirmation email includes a link to download the final PDF pass; visitors must print it in colour and keep it visible at the venue.
HIP is exclusively for professionals; educational institutions or student groups must contact the organiser to request attendance and receive approval.
A cloakroom is available for EUR 3 per suitcase and EUR 2 per backpack or garment; the official visitor app provides the exhibitor list and event information.
The event has exclusive spaces such as a VIP lounge for professionals, and the organiser may request professional credentials at the entrance.
