The standard-equipped exhibition area includes unequipped exhibition space, installation of a stand with an inscription-free fascia panel, floor covering rental, a table, two chairs, a 220V power socket per stand, one 75W lamp for every full 4 sq m, a clothes rack and a waste basket.

Additional equipment can be viewed on the linked official page. Additional equipment and services, including tables, chairs, showcases, doors, lighting, power supply, fascia inscription, advertising and information services, are ordered using application forms No. 2 and No. 3.

Remote participation includes placing company information, including a logo, on the exhibition website and distributing promotional materials from the information stand without representatives of the exhibiting company being present.

Free Wi-Fi will be available for exhibitors and visitors. If high-speed Internet access is needed, a high-speed dedicated line with speeds up to 100 Mbit/s can be ordered for a stand without a router; it must be ordered via application form No. 3 no later than 15 calendar days before the exhibition begins.

Entry is by exhibitor badge, a personal electronic ticket obtained through online registration on the exhibition website or at registration terminals at the pavilion entrances, or certified student lists.

The exhibition is open only to professional visitors. The organizer may ask visitors to confirm their professional status, and entry may be refused if that status cannot be confirmed.
