Marca by BolognaFiere & ADM is Italy's professional trade fair dedicated to private label (Marca del Distributore, MDD), organised by BolognaFiere with the Italian Modern Distribution Association (ADM), where manufacturers, contract manufacturers and retailers work together on innovation, private label and business matching.
The fair presents private label products across food, non-food and fresh categories, covering more than 100 product categories, with dedicated sections for food private label, non-food private label, fresh produce and supply chain technology. The non-food section ranges from home care to personal care and extends towards skincare brands aimed at younger consumers.
With an international focus, the fair's overseas retailer programme arranges contacts between exhibitors and international buyers and category managers, helping them expand beyond Italy. On-site awards include best innovative product and best contract manufacturer, alongside conferences and networking on private label innovation, packaging and market trends.
Italy's major modern distribution retailers take part with their own stands, making the fair a central meeting point for the private label business community; this is the 23rd edition.
