HOTELEX Shanghai is a specialised hotel and catering expo; its 35th edition covers catering equipment, tableware, food and beverages, coffee and tea, bakery, food machinery, packaging and franchise chains.
It integrates tourism, hotel, catering, retail, marine and health resources and, with the Shanghai Tourism Industry Expo, creates a joint tourism, catering and hotel show. The joint show covers about 700,000 square metres with 5,000-plus exhibitors and around 400,000 expected professional visitors.
Concurrent activities include the Coffee and Tea Innovation Forum, China Catering Ecosystem Conference, Catering Hit Product Trends Forum, Central Kitchen Supply Chain Conference and Going Global Forum.
The expo serves hotel and catering supply chain companies with product display, procurement negotiation and industry exchange, plus online and offline matchmaking through a B2B platform.
