Click “S'inscrire au salon” and complete the form to receive your invitation by email. Each invitation is free, mandatory and nominative. You can create an additional invitation to add a participant, and find your invitations from “Mon invitation” on the fair homepage or in “Mes invitations” in your personal account.
First complete your own registration, then add accompanying visitors through your personal account or from the homepage. Each guest receives a nominative invitation, and a unique email address is required for each registration.
You can show your invitation on your smartphone or print it to enter the fair. The digital format is recommended, and you can also add the invitation to your phone wallet on Android or iOS.
After registration, you can download your invitation from the fair homepage using “Mon invitation” or directly from the email. If you cannot find the confirmation email, check your spam folder; if needed, contact promosalons@letudiant.fr.
Yes. You can register directly on site with the hosts and hostesses, but online registration in advance is recommended to make arrival easier.

Prepare your route in advance by selecting the exhibitors you want to meet and the conferences you want to attend. Make sure you are registered and have downloaded the invitation needed on arrival. More advice is available in “Préparer ma visite”.
No. Exits are not final. If you still have questions for exhibitors, you can return with the same invitation and simply tell the hosts and hostesses at the entrance when you come in again.
Bags are checked at the entrance. Sharp or dangerous objects are not allowed, and security staff are present at the venue. In case of a problem, go to the fair reception desk.
You can obtain proof of attendance directly in the “Mon espace” section. It will be available once your visit to the fair has been validated. If you have difficulties, the reception team can help on site.
