Fine Food Australia is the country’s leading trade event for foodservice and hospitality. Across four days, 900+ exhibitors showcase thousands of products from food, drinks and bakery to equipment, packaging and technology to 25,000+ qualified industry professionals. With live cooking demonstrations, competitions, masterclasses and expert-led sessions alongside the exhibition floor, it’s where the industry comes together to taste, discover, learn and source, all under one roof. Fine Food Australia is a trade event for professionals working across foodservice, hospitality and retail. This includes chefs, venue owners and operators, buyers, procurement managers, distributors, retailers and anyone involved in sourcing, purchasing or managing food and beverage for their business. All visitors are validated as part of the registration process, and proof of industry involvement may be requested at the door. Please note, children under 15 are not permitted on the show floor due to live cooking equipment and operational hazards.

Registration for Fine Food Australia 2026 is free when you register online before 30 August. A $45 + GST entry fee applies for registrations made during show days (31 August – 3 September). Once you register, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a QR code to collect your badge onsite. Your badge gives you access to all four days of the event. Each visitor needs to complete their own individual registration to receive a personalised entry badge.

We look forward to welcoming international visitors, however we recommend monitoring the Australian border regulations to inform your business travel this year. All international visitors need to apply for a business visa. The passport which you hold will determine whether you can apply online, or if you need to lodge a paper-based application. Before lodging any application please take note of any travel restrictions that may apply. Tertiary students and registered apprentices are welcome to attend Fine Food Australia with a valid student ID. All students must register online in advance. Primary and secondary school students are not admitted to the event. Fine Food Australia is a working trade event, exhibitors are on the floor to connect with buyers and industry professionals. We encourage students to make the most of the experience by exploring the show floor, watching live demonstrations and discovering career pathways across the industry. For groups attending with minors (under 18), a minimum supervision ratio of one supervisor per 10 students must be maintained at all times.
