FBAF - International Food Beverage Asia Fair - Hengqin & Macao is the 25th Asia International Food and Beverage Fair, held in Hengqin and Macao and building a regional trade platform for the food and beverage industry, presenting culinary products, innovative technologies and dining concepts.
The fair covers multiple food and beverage segments, including categories such as baking equipment and ingredients, and organizes on-site activities led by industry experts to provide exchange and cooperation for domestic and international industry participants. Macao blends Chinese and Western food cultures and is a key gateway to the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, while the institutional arrangements of the Hengqin Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone further strengthen the fair's platform role.
As a trade hub connecting mainland China with Portuguese-speaking markets, the fair addresses a Portuguese-speaking market of about 270 million people and draws on consumption demand created by roughly 33 million inbound visitors each year, offering business matchmaking opportunities to exhibitors. It brings together 1,000 exhibitors and brands from 30 countries and regions and attracts professional buyers from 32 countries and regions, with buyer sources including mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, Russia, Japan, the US and Singapore.

The fair uses a Hengqin + Macao dual-city format: Tianmu Qintai Convention & Exhibition Center on November 16-17 and Cotai Expo, The Venetian Macao on November 18-20.
The fair covers sweets and snacks, wines and spirits, seafood and frozen food, high-end beverage and dairy, ice cream, coffee and bakery, pre-made food, grain and oil, condiments and food additives, agricultural food, food processing and packing, and catering supply chain.
