WMF is an international platform for furniture manufacturing technologies, materials and integrated production solutions across the furniture manufacturing value chain.
WMF 2026 will be held from 5 to 8 September 2026 at Halls 7.1 and 8.1 of the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai Hongqiao), No. 333 Songze Avenue, Shanghai, China.
Opening hours are 9:30 AM-6:00 PM from 5 to 7 September 2026 and 9:30 AM-3:00 PM on 8 September 2026.
All visitors need to register for admission, and online pre-registration before the show is recommended.
Visitors who complete online pre-registration can enter for free; onsite registration is RMB 200.
Online visitor pre-registration closes at 23:59 (GMT+8) on 4 September 2026.
Visitors can take Metro Line 2 to Xujingdong Station for the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai Hongqiao).
Dining and rest facilities are available inside the venue for meals and breaks.
Pre-registered visitors can obtain a dedicated referral link on the referral rewards page to invite friends or colleagues; referred overseas visitors must complete pre-registration by 17 August 2026.
