The registration fee includes attendance to all scientific sessions, official conference documentation, coffee breaks on 6-9 September 2026, lunches on 7-9 September 2026, the welcome reception, city center walking tour, conference dinner and VAT at 27%.
The Young Scientist registration category is for professionals aged 35 or younger on the day of conference opening. Applicants must send proof of age to isic2026@akcongress.com.
Previous participants of a conference organized by the AKCongress Office can receive a 15% discount on any rate after sending the conference name and year for checking.
Groups of 4 or more participants receive 20% off the registration fee. All participants must register together and only one invoice will be issued. This discount cannot be combined with other discounted rates.
To ensure publication of accepted abstracts, presenters, meaning first authors, must have payment reach the organizers no later than 1 June 2026.
Other payments should reach the organizers no later than 16 August 2026. Registrations can still be made after this date if paid by credit or debit card at booking.
Cancellations by email on or before 31 July 2026 receive a full refund excluding a EUR 50 administration charge. Cancellations from 1 August 2026 are not refunded.
ISIC2026 issues Letters of Invitation only to verified symposium participants such as speakers and attendees. Attendees must first register and pay the symposium fees before a letter is issued. Requests must be emailed to isic2026@akcongress.com.
