Texas Restaurant Show is the annual restaurant and foodservice show of the Texas Restaurant Association. The 2026 edition will take place at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, United States. It serves restaurant owners, bar and nightclub operators, chefs, operations leaders, marketing, technology and finance professionals, emerging hospitality concepts and suppliers, covering food and beverage, foodservice equipment, bar and beverage solutions, payments, data systems, operations technology and services.

The 2026 show is expected to welcome 8,000+ restaurant, bar, nightclub and hospitality professionals, with 600+ exhibitor booths and four on-floor education stages. The Texas Bar & Nightclub Convention has been integrated into the 2026 show as the Bar & Nightclub Showcase, expanding products, services and education for bars, nightclubs and alcohol-serving establishments.
