The Shanghai International Hotel Investment and Franchise Exhibition focuses on hotel brand investment and franchise matchmaking, organised by the China Tourist Hotel Association and Shanghai UBM Sinoexpo as the hotel brand investment zone of Hotel & Shop Plus.
It invites hotel management groups and designers to recreate new brand or concept model rooms as life-size showrooms, providing brand solutions for investors and franchisees and bringing together real estate and hotel owner resources.
On site, "life-size model rooms + summit forums" provide exchange and matchmaking for hotel groups, tourism bureaus, developers, investors and media, connecting investors with operators.
Past editions brought together more than 80 hotel brand model rooms, 500 speakers and hundreds of hotel industry chain companies.
