Barbecue Expo 2027
Edition2 A European barbecue and outdoor cooking fair covering equipment, fuels, sauces and outdoor kitchens for retailers, importers and hospitality buyers.
Barbecue Expo is a barbecue and outdoor cooking show held in Paris, France, built around grilling equipment, outdoor kitchens, fuels, seasonings and ingredients, bringing together international brands, barbecue chefs and specialist channel buyers.
The show features five themed areas presenting charcoal, gas, pellet, ceramic, electric and hybrid grills, plus griddles, thermometers, smokers, rotisseries, charcoal and pellet fuels, outdoor kitchens and furniture, sauces and seasonings and quality meats.
The show organises the Grill Arena live contest, with 15 barbecue chefs from 5 countries competing; masterclasses, cooking demonstrations, street food and self-grill experiences let visitors try equipment directly and talk with brands.
The previous edition attracted 25,896 visitors, more than half of them trade visitors including professional journalists, chefs, barbecue chefs, dealers and distributors; the show brought together more than 200 international brands, with exhibitors from 15 countries and visitors from 25 countries and regions, and included B2B matchmaking for trade buyers and awards.
