Free Wi-Fi is available at the Central Mall on the 2nd floor of Halls 1-8 in the International Exhibition Center and at the Esplanade on the 2nd floor of the International Exhibition Center, Halls 9-11.
There is a Mobile Battery Rental and Return Station available at the venue.
ATMs are located at the central entrance. For more information, please refer to the Makuhari Messe website. You can also use the Chiba Bank (weekdays 9:00-15:00) in the nearby World Business Garden, and the Money Plaza (10:00-22:00 daily) on the 2nd floor of AEON MALL Makuhari New City Grand Mall.
Coin-operated lockers are located in the venue.
The venue does not have refill stations but there is a shop that water can be purchased from.

The first aid room is located on the 1st floor of the International Conference Hall. (It contains only a bed, with no medicine available at all times. Please note that doctors and nurses are not on-site.)
