Edition28 Nantes is a trade event for food, beverage, hospitality and supply-chain buyers, covering product showcases, sourcing and industry networking.
Nantes - Aux Vignobles ! is a professional expo for wine and regional gastronomy held in Nantes, France. Now in its 28th edition, it features about 190 artisans and producers from across France.
The expo focuses on wine and French regional food, showing wines from Bordeaux, Burgundy, Alsace, the South West, Provence, the Loire Valley and Champagne, covering red, white, rose, sweet and fortified wines, and presenting regional foods such as chocolate, tea, cooked meats, cheese, foie gras, pastries and spices. Exhibition areas cover cheese, sweet groceries, beer and spirits, red, white and rose wines, local and seasonal products, cooked meat products, sparkling wines, chocolate, and spiced tea and coffee.
Exhibitors are selected, and visitors can taste and buy products directly on site while receiving professional advice from producers, choosing from a range of flavors at cellar-gate prices.
The expo also gives participating producers and artisans a setting to meet wine lovers, foodservice professionals, importers and distributors, helping them promote their craft, test new products and expand their sales networks.
