The 11th China (Chongqing) International Hot Pot Industry Expo 2026
Edition11 Bringing together hotpot ingredients, seasonings, equipment and foodservice supply chains, connecting suppliers with Southwest China restaurant channels and distributors.
The China (Chongqing) International Hot Pot Industry Expo, abbreviated as the Chongqing Hot Pot Expo, is a key exhibition project of Chongqing Municipality and a UFI-certified exhibition. It provides brand promotion, production-sales matchmaking and channel development services for companies in the hot pot catering industry chain, and offers global hot pot catering professionals a setting for information exchange and resource matchmaking.
The expo plans 120,000 square metres and brings together more than 2,000 hot pot catering industry chain companies and more than 60,000 product lines. It integrates primary-industry source ingredients from agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fisheries; secondary-industry processed foods and equipment such as seasonings, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, snack foods, machinery and packaging, and kitchen equipment; and tertiary-industry services including chain catering, digital intelligence, intellectual property and financial enablement, presenting the links across the hot pot catering industry and value chains.
The expo features eight category halls and eleven special zones covering ingredients, equipment and services across the hot pot industry chain, and launches a "Hot Pot Catering New Consumption Panorama Exhibition" to create "hot pot plus diverse formats" experience scenarios, expanding industry boundaries and promoting exchange and production-sales matchmaking.
Concurrent events include more than 30 professional exchange activities such as the China Hot Pot Industry Innovation Conference, the 6th International Hot Pot Sourcing Conference and the 9th Hot Pot Hit Ingredient Selection Fair, the 4th National Hot Pot Culinary Skills Competition, and the Chongqing Hot Pot Tasting Banquet and Super New Product Food Styling Show, expected to attract 120,000 visitors from around the world. Centred on "hit products driving sourcing and two-way empowerment of supply and demand", the sourcing conference selects more than 1,000 hit products nationwide and 100 hit ingredients and arranges targeted matchmaking between buyers and suppliers.
