The show runs from April 21 (Wednesday) to April 23 (Friday), 2027, over three days.
The exhibition is held at COEX in Seoul, Republic of Korea, using Halls A, B and C; the concurrent ITRC talent development festival takes place in Hall A on the first floor.
The show is open to visitors from 10:00 to 17:00 every day, with the last entry at 16:00.
On-site registration costs KRW 20,000 per person, while visitors who pre-register online or hold an invitation enter free of charge.
Online pre-registration closes on April 20, 2027 at 17:00 (KST); groups of 20 or more people may submit the group visit registration form by e-mail until March 31, 2027.
Exhibitors submit the completed booth contract to the show office; applications close on March 5, 2027 (Friday), booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and applications submitted by October 16, 2026 receive an early-bird discount.
