Global Fresh Market is an international specialised B2B exhibition for fruit and vegetable producers and market players, focused on the entire fruit and vegetable value chain from growing to retail, held at the central exhibition venue in Moscow.

The exhibition covers open-field and protected agriculture, seeds and fertilisers, plant protection, irrigation and climate control, post-harvest handling and monitoring, and products such as fresh vegetables, berries, fruit, mushrooms, potatoes, nuts and herbs, extending to categories such as dried fruit, semi-finished products, spices and organic products, linking processing, storage, packaging, logistics and retail.

Participants include fruit and vegetable producers, agricultural input and equipment suppliers, wholesale and retail buyers, food service and hotel channel representatives, agribusiness managers, investors and agronomists, with companies and visitors from several federal subjects of Russia and from countries such as China, Turkey, Belarus and Egypt.

The exhibition is supported by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and the Federation Council Committee on Agrarian and Food Policy, and is co-organised by the Russian National Union of Fruit and Vegetable Producers, which unites more than 130 industry companies. Conference and networking activities are held on site, with dialogue on technology renewal, production efficiency, investment development and supply chain optimisation, and matchmaking opportunities from field and greenhouse to shelf.

The exhibition brings together about 100 exhibitors and 4,000 visitors, with an exhibition area of about 6,000 square metres; visitors come from 63 regions of Russia and 30 countries, and there are about 30 conference sessions.
