ITEC, the International Training Technology Exhibition and Conference, is a professional exhibition and technical conference focused on defence training and simulation technology, held in London, UK and now in its 24th edition, bringing together the military, government agencies, defence companies and technology suppliers.
The exhibition and conference address frontier R&D in military training technology, covering military simulation and training technology, virtual reality, augmented reality, artificial intelligence, and defence training equipment and services, and introduce non-traditional cases from the gaming industry and emergency response, presenting new approaches to training technology.
The conference theme is Getting ahead of the threat, stressing that military forces and the wider defence system need to anticipate emerging threats rather than merely react, so that training and education stay ahead of the operational curve; formats include panel discussions, technology presentations, live demonstrations and roundtables.
Participants include government and public sector officials, military personnel, representatives of national defence departments and NATO-related bodies, defence companies and technology suppliers; 89% of attending visitors value its networking opportunities, and 70% of exhibitors meet potential buyers who could become customers. In line with our Security Policy, we require all attendees to upload a photo and ID as part of the verification process. Once verified and the event has taken place, you're documents will be deleted from our system.Military personnel may choose to upload a driving licence or passport instead of their Military ID, however in order to be identified as military they must use their military email address to register.
Unfortunately, bulk registrations are not allowed. Each visitor must register individually, as everyone is required to upload a photo and ID for verification.
There will be no onsite registration. Registration is open throughout the event, but security checks are in place, so online registrations made on the day may take some time to be approved.

The most common reason for this is using a @gmail, @yahoo, etc. email address to register. Please use your official work/ military email address to register.
This event is only open to professionals and military working in the defence sector. Unless your family member works in the sector, they won’t be granted access. Further, the event is solely open to people over 18 years.
To be eligible, the attendee must be a serving member of the active or reserve military, including Air Forces, Armies, Navies, Special Forces, Coast Guards, Marines, Gendarmerie or similar Security/Armed Forces.The attendee must have a rank and should register with a military email address. For verification purposes, applicants may be required to supply military ID.
We are unable to provide a visa letter until your registration has been approved.Once you have completed your registration and have been approved, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to download a visa letter.
