OGU 2027
Edition29 Showcasing oil and gas equipment, energy technology and engineering services, ideal for reaching project clients in Central Asia.
OGU 2027 is an annual international exhibition and conference for oil and gas industry professionals, focused on procurement, technology and cooperation in the fuel and energy complex. The event brings together heads of relevant ministries and departments, manufacturers and consumers, with on-site displays of the latest achievements, trend reports, presentations by young researchers, and the signing of memoranda, agreements and contracts.
Uzbekistan's oil and gas industry is an important source of national income, fiscal revenue and foreign exchange earnings, and holds a significant place in industrial production and investment attraction. The sector is pursuing systemic reform through market mechanisms and, while ensuring a stable supply of natural gas and petroleum products, is creating conditions for investors to bring in experience and modern technology.
The event is supported by and held with the participation of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan and JSC Uzbekneftegaz. The latter is one of Central Asia's large energy companies; Uzbekistan's GTL gas-to-liquids complex processes about 3.6 billion cubic metres of natural gas a year and produces up to 1.5 million tonnes of high value-added synthetic liquid fuels, including synthetic diesel, jet kerosene, naphtha and liquefied petroleum gas.
Exhibitors and brands come from 37 countries, with national and collective pavilions including Germany, Italy, Belarus, China, South Korea and Russia. The event welcomes 17,900 professional visitors and students from specialist educational institutions, and organises more than 140 B2G and B2B meetings, helping participants connect with representatives of the Ministry of Energy and Uzbekneftegaz.
