Paperworld China 2026

Paperworld China is a composite professional exhibition combining stationery and office supplies with trend culture and lifestyle, held in Shanghai. Built around "cultural exchange, experiencing life, hobbies and interests", it merges office and lifestyle scenarios to meet the product selection and experience needs of consumer groups of different ages, identities and requirements.

Following trends in the cultural goods industry, the exhibition integrates products for school, office and life and invites industry experts to share ideas and insights, covering the display and experience of stationery and office supplies; since 2020, Messe Frankfurt and the China Culture, Education and Sports Goods Association have jointly built a stationery and office exchange and trade platform covering raw material sourcing, standard setting, equipment and processes, R&D and design, manufacturing, warehousing and logistics, marketing and international exchange.

The trend culture and lifestyle show is organised around the objects and activities of different scenarios and communities, uncovering "new, trendy, good and fun" trend categories such as national-style stationery, trendy digital products, outdoor sports and tea and coffee, extending into office life, entertainment life, family life and creative life consumption scenarios, with exhibit directions covering office life, creative life, family life, and paper and writing.

The exhibition connects visitor groups including manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, retailers, schools and institutional buyers, and promotes exchange between exhibitors and domestic and overseas buyers through business matchmaking and pre-booked meetings; in 2025 it brought together more than 340 Chinese and international brands and welcomed more than 34,000 global professional visitors and stationery enthusiasts.
