The Pub Show 2027

The Pub Show, part of Food, Drink & Hospitality Week takes place 5 - 7 April 2027 at Excel London. The opening times are: Monday 5 April: 10:00 - 17:00 Tuesday 6 April: 10:00 - 17:00 Wednesday 7 April: 10:00 - 16:00* *Please note: last entry on Wednesday will be from 15:00.

As FDHW is an industry only event we operate a no student policy. This policy will be enforced across all three days of the show.

Unfortunately, as this is an industry-only event, we do not permit entry to anyone under the age of 18. Babes in arms are allowed, baby has to be strapped or carried, no prams or walking infants. Please go to the Organisers Office on arrival to sign a waiver. If you need child care for the event, Excel London have a nursery on-site. Find out more here.

Registration is officially open in January 2027 and is free of charge until 11:59 pm on Sunday 4th April 2027. Any registrations taking place from 12:00 am on Monday 5th April 2027 will be charged at £50 +VAT. From 5pm on Tuesday 6th April 2027 online registration will be closed. Anyone wishing to register after this must do so with the onsite team at the main registration desk at Excel and will be asked to show proof of trade status. Onsite registration will close at 2pm on Wednesday 5th April 2027. There will be additional ID and bag checks from 3pm to show close on all days.

The Pub Show is part of Food, Drink & Hospitality Week which unites IFE Manufacturing, IFE, The Pub Show, HRC, Hospitality Tech360, Speciality & Fine Food Fair and International Salon Culinaire. Your pass grants you access to all of these events across all 3 days. Your pass will give you unrivalled access to touch, taste, and sample the latest innovative products from across every avenue of the pub sector, listen and learn from our incredible line-up of speakers, plus meet and reconnect with industry peers. No, your pass grants you access to all three days of the event.

Yes you can register on the day but you will be charged £50 + VAT and due to the large volume of visitors to the event, you may experience delays in approving your registration and extended queues at the onsite registration desk. We strongly encourage all visitors to register before arriving to allow plenty of time to verify your professional status well in advance. This will ensure quick and easy access to the event. Registration will close at 2pm on Wednesday 7 April 2027.

The £50 + VAT onsite charge is to encourage visitors to register before arriving onsite and to discourage any non-trade visitors attempting to enter the event. Due to the volume of visitors at FDHW and verification of trade status, we strongly advise that you register, free of charge, by 4th April 2027. This will allow plenty of time to verify your professional status well in advance. This will ultimately ensure quick and easy access to the event.
