Education Expo Japan (EDIX Tokyo) 2027
Edition18 A Japan education show covering education DX, ICT equipment and learning content for education buyers, procurement agencies and university managers.
Education Expo Japan (EDIX Tokyo) 2027 is a professional exhibition for the education sector, serving schools, education institutions and corporate HR and training departments. Held in Tokyo, it covers education DX, ICT equipment, teaching materials and content, school facility services and university administration, and the Tokyo edition is the 18th.
The show brings together products and solutions including education cloud services, school administration support systems, computers and tablets, interactive whiteboards, lesson support systems, AI teaching materials, school facility services, university DX and admissions management. Exhibitors can run product demonstrations and business discussions on site, while educators can consult, try and adopt solutions directly.
Visitors include primary and secondary schools, universities, boards of education, local governments, education institutions, school channel partners and corporate HR and training departments, spanning school administrators, procurement managers, teachers and professors, as well as IT and network service providers, electronics manufacturers and school equipment distributors and importers.
Providing a platform for product display and business talks among education professionals, the show suits companies in education information equipment, teaching content, school operation systems, disaster prevention and safety equipment, and English learning, connecting them with procurement and channel demand in the Japanese education market.

Visitors
Advance visitor registration (free) is required. Unlike the previous invitation-ticket system, every visitor must register in advance.
After registration is completed, your exclusive visitor badge and its redemption QR code are sent by email three weeks before the show; print the badge and bring it, or print it at the badge printing counter on site.
Visitors under 18 need their guardian's consent to the participation, privacy and event policies and must be accompanied by a guardian or an adult aged 18 or older; each adult may accompany up to five minors, and minors do not need to register in advance.
Students and schoolchildren may attend; those aged 18 or older must register in advance, while visitors under 18 need guardian consent and must be accompanied by a guardian or an adult aged 18 or older, with up to five minors per adult.
Admission is free of charge, but advance visitor registration is required.
About 400 companies exhibit (including co-exhibiting group and partner companies; this is a final estimate and may change by the time of the show) and the venue is large, so deciding which booths to see and clarifying your objectives in advance helps you move through the show smoothly.
There are three main benefits: direct access to education professionals, acquisition of high-quality sales leads, and stronger brand awareness through hands-on product and service experiences.
The base exhibit fee varies by booth size and position (example: from JPY 1,100,00 for 16.2 sqm, tax included); rental decoration for 16.2 sqm starts at JPY 440,000 (tax included); the ExpoMaster fee starts at JPY 50,000 (tax included); the total is typically around JPY 1,500,000; a starter plan including decoration is also available for first-time exhibitors from JPY 600,000 (tax included), and the show management can provide details.
