Unified Wine & Grape Symposium is an annual industry conference and trade show for viticulture, winemaking, marketing and the supply chain, held in Sacramento, California, and jointly initiated by ASEV and CAWG. The programme is shaped by more than 40 wine and grape industry professionals and addresses the state of the industry, leadership, innovation and how to respond as demand and perceptions shift, with topics spanning grape growing, winemaking, sales and communications.
The trade show features more than 900 standard booths and 24 large vineyard and winery machinery displays, with exhibits covering products across the wine and grape value chain, and both the conference and the exhibition reflect international participation.
