The visitor badge registration/application system opens around late April/May and runs until September 2026.
First-time visitors should use Visitor > Visitor Registration on the official website, register an active email account, complete the visitor questionnaire, and receive a visitor QR code. Returning visitors should log in through Member Center and complete the questionnaire.
Registration can be confirmed by the email confirmation letter containing a QR code, or by checking Visitor Records in Member Center.
Check Visitor Records in Member Center, resubmit the questionnaire if there is no visitor record, check the spam/junk folder, contact the organizer with the registered email if needed, or use the QR code in Member Center for entry.
Log in to Member Center, go to Visitor Records, and download, screenshot, or present the QR code on site.
Use Forgot Password on the Member Center login page and follow the instructions to reset the password.
Log in to Member Center, open Member Information, choose Edit Member Information, make changes, and save.
Yes. Restaurants are available inside the exhibition hall and there are various dining options nearby; visitors may also refer to the venue website for restaurant information.
Yes. Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center Hall 1 has an underground parking lot.
Generally photography and filming are allowed, but visitors should not disturb others or disrupt onsite activities. Some booths may have special restrictions.
