Package booths are available for both 1-booth and 2-booth exhibitors. Details of the 1-booth package are on page 18 of the Exhibitor Guide; details of the 2-booth package will be announced at the Exhibitor Briefing on October 22, or exhibitors may contact the Management Office in advance.
The regulations for CP+ 2027 are still under review, and details will be announced at the Exhibitor Briefing scheduled for October 22.
The Management Office can arrange these items as a paid service. Details on optional equipment and rental items will be provided in the Exhibitor Manual released at the October 22 Exhibitor Briefing.
There are regulations on sound levels and demonstrations using equipment to ensure participant safety and reduce disruption to neighboring booths. Details will be provided in the Exhibitor Manual released on October 22, or exhibitors may contact the Management Office in advance.
The on-site event takes place from February 25 to 28, 2027 at Pacifico Yokohama, while the online event runs during the same period on the CP+ website.
The on-site event is free with advance web registration, and the online event does not require participant registration.
