HOTELIA is a professional fair for the hotel and hospitality industry in Thessaloniki, Greece, held alongside the tourism fair Philoxenia and sharing its visitor entrance, focused on hotel equipment, space configuration and digital operations.
The fair covers professional equipment for the hotel and hospitality industry, interior decoration, outdoor space configuration, security systems, lighting systems and environmental technology, as well as the construction and renovation of accommodation facilities, serving the facility needs of hotels, traditional guesthouses, rental apartments and wellness resort accommodation.
The digital strand includes booking systems and hotel automation, revenue management, PMS, OTA connectivity, reputation and content management, digital marketing and hotel management software, with a display area dedicated to digitalisation in tourism and hospitality.
The fair provides a professional business matchmaking programme for exhibitors at Philoxenia and HOTELIA, aimed at hotel equipment suppliers, interior and commercial space service providers, digital solution providers, and brands seeking to reach hotel purchasing managers, general managers, accommodation owners and chain operators.

Entry to the exhibition is free for interested professionals and trade visitors, upon registration in one of the following options: Electronic pre-registration on the website of the exhibition. Registration at the exhibition entrances with the indication of your business card.
Invitations can be obtained from the exhibitors participating in the exhibition.
The admission ticket for the general public who want to visit the exhibition and participate in the exhibitors’ competitions is 5€
Free parking spaces are available for visitors inside the Exhibition Center. Vehicles may enter from the Egnatia street gate.
Yes, it is allowed. Ηowever, every dog owner must: ensure that his pet is accompanied during the entire stay in the exhibition area keep his pet on a leash and at a short distance from him to avoid accidents take care of the immediate cleaning of the environment from the animal’s excrement
Lockers with individual keys are available at the information centers (main entrances of the exhibition) which can temporarily store your personal belongings, for a low price.
Underage are allowed to enter, as long as they are accompanied by adults.
Yes. All HELEXPO pavilions have ramps to serve people with mobility issues.
As a first step, you will need to fill out the online registration form. Once we receive your application in our online system, we will contact you to recommend the appropriate exhibition space and proceed with the procedures to finalize your participation.
In any case of cancellation, you may follow the relevant regulation annex and the terms of participation of the exhibition which you can find here. In particular, the following apply: In case of cancellation 30 to 1 calendar day before the opening of the exhibition, the registration right and the total participation amount are withheld. In case of cancellation 60 to 31 calendar days before the opening of the exhibition, the registration right and the advance payment are withheld. In case of cancellation 61 or more calendar days before the opening of the exhibition, the right to register is reserved.
