Athens Bar Show 2026

Athens Bar Show is a specialised, education-focused trade fair for the bar industry, held in Athens, Greece, in its 16th edition. Combining exhibition, seminars and masterclasses, it connects brands, bar professionals, educators and food and beverage innovation projects for exchange on bar operations, drink trends and professional knowledge.

The show features three main exhibition areas and three themed areas, including the Tomas Estes Tequila Embassy, an emerging and craft brands area, and a hospitality technology and artificial intelligence area, with more than 100 exhibitors. More than 80 seminars and masterclasses are held across six stages, covering drinks, mixing techniques, business and industry trends, with experts and professionals from the international bar scene sharing their experience.

The show began as a bar academy exhibition and started with only 9 exhibitors and around 1,000 visitors before moving to central Athens and continuing to grow. Visitor numbers increased steadily, and in one edition visitors came from 47 countries, with more than 500 products available to experience on site and more than 70 demonstrations.

Beyond the exhibition and educational content, the show works with bars in Athens to organise a number of takeover events, letting international bar teams collaborate with local venues on experiences. Aimed at spirits and drinks, bar operations, hospitality services and related supply chain companies, it offers access to industry brands, products and business models.
