2026 MUSEVA meetings

MUSEVA is a B2B business-services matchmaking event for renting cultural, historic and innovative venue spaces, held in France and now in its 9th edition. Themed on the private use of cultural venues, it connects demand-side players such as corporate event organisers, event agencies and audiovisual production companies with cultural venues.

The event focuses on the rental of cultural spaces such as museums, historic buildings and performance venues, enabling venue operators to exchange with peers and grow their space-rental business. It brings together more than 140 cultural, historic and innovative venues available for hire in Greater Paris, elsewhere in France and internationally, and connects supply and demand through a network covering more than 8,000 event organisers.

Beyond business meetings, the event organises masterclasses and discussions on branding for cultural institutions, changes brought by cultural events and major sporting events, responsible venue rental, hybrid venues, filming at heritage sites, eco-friendly events, and collaborations between fashion brands and cultural venues.

Participants include companies of different sizes, industry associations, research institutions, event agencies and other event organisers such as film and advertising location scouts, production and catering services. Aimed at professional event buyers and venues, the event uses pre-scheduled meetings to help both sides compare venues' event capacity and partnership opportunities in a focused way.
