CRE Guangzhou Catering Expo (The 18th Guangzhou Hotel & Catering Industry Expo and Guangzhou International Catering Ingredients Exhibition) is a specialized exhibition focused on the entire hotel and catering industry chain, held in Guangzhou, now in its 18th edition. It connects upstream and downstream players in the hotel and catering chain and provides a professional distribution and procurement platform for the catering industry in South China.
The exhibition covers core sectors including catering ingredients, hot pot ingredients, seafood and aquatic products, compound seasonings, smart equipment, food packaging, catering beverages, group meals and central kitchens, with 9 thematic display zones planned to cover the full catering industry chain and provide one-stop procurement solutions for the hotel and catering industry; a hot pot ingredients and supplies show and a seafood and prepared dishes show run concurrently.
Exhibitors are mainly source factories, targeting professional buyers in channel procurement, catering chains, supply chain cooperation and industry trend exchange. The event covers more than 80,000 square metres, brings together more than 2,000 brand exhibitors and expects more than 160,000 professional buyer visitors and more than 120 professional buyer delegations.
The exhibition is supported by nearly 30 concurrent forums and competitions and hosts activities such as the Guangdong Siu Mei Elite Competition, the Chinese Cantonese Cuisine Chef Festival and the Innovative Cantonese Cuisine Cooking Competition. It suits catering ingredients, seasonings, hot pot ingredients, smart cooking equipment, food packaging and catering supply chain companies connecting with procurement channels in South China and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

The exhibition is held at the China Import and Export Fair Complex, Area B, in Guangzhou.
Take Guangzhou Metro Line 8 to Pazhou Station Exit A, or use bus routes including B7, 229, 505, 262, 304, 92, 507, 239, B7 Express, and University City Line 3 to Pazhou Station.
The deluxe standard booth is 9 sqm at CNY 12,800 per booth for domestic exhibitors and CNY 16,800 per booth for overseas exhibitors. Raw space starts from 36 sqm at CNY 1,300/sqm for domestic exhibitors and CNY 1,600/sqm for overseas exhibitors.
