GAI Food & Beverage and Hospitality 2027 is a B2B exhibition for Nepal's food, beverage and hospitality industry. Held in Kathmandu, it focuses on food ingredients, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, commercial kitchens, hotel operating equipment, cold chain and supporting solutions.
Exhibits cover categories including food and ingredients, meat and seafood, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, coffee equipment, commercial kitchen equipment, hotel linen and furniture, hotel software, packaging and labelling, and HVAC, refrigeration and warehousing systems.
Exhibition areas include architecture, interiors and decoration; bakery ingredients and equipment; operational supplier equipment; wellness, leisure and spa supplies; food service equipment; industry software and technology; HVAC, refrigeration and cold storage equipment; dairy products and equipment; hotel furniture and decoration; food and beverage packaging and processing machinery; hotel and catering appliances, equipment and tableware; and food and beverage products.
The show serves hotel and resort owners, procurement managers, restaurant operators, chefs, importers, wholesalers, distributors and buyers from retail and chain channels. The 2026 edition brought together 300 exhibitors and attracted around 30,000 visitors, with exhibitors from 10 countries.

The 12th GAI Food & Beverage and Hospitality Exhibition runs from 13 to 15 May 2027 at Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu, Nepal.
The exhibition is open to visitors from 11:00 to 18:00 on 13, 14 and 15 May 2027.
Space only costs NPR 9,600 or INR 6,000 per square metre; shell scheme costs NPR 10,400 or INR 6,500 per square metre, plus 13% VAT.
Submit the exhibitor application/contract form and pay at least 50% of the stand fee at booking confirmation, with the balance settled at least 45 days before the exhibition starts.
